This exercise can be used by anyone at any time, day or night.
Imagine bright morning sunlight shining down on you. Imagine the sunlight shining on your head. Feel the sunlight and its warmth. Take the sunlight down through the top of your head and imagine it going to any area of your body where you want healing to take place. To enhance this process, breathe in as you take in the sunlight and breathe out as you see it flooding to the area of injury or illness.
